These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd8bd platform and all related services. By accessing or using the bd8bd website, mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

• Funds received from third parties or unknown sources will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposited funds will be credited to the account after successful verification.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10-45 minutes.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• bd8bd reserves the right to review withdrawals in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for your deposit.

• A bonus offer applies once per person, per household, or per IP address.
• The method used to claim a bonus must match the deposit method.
• If bd8bd determines that any bonus has been misused, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.
• VIP Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• bd8bd employees or affiliates are not eligible for any bonus offers.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bd8bd reserves the right to correct any odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or a device issue, the server record will be considered final.
• Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer system — both are fair and verifiable.
• bd8bd reserves the right to set maximum bet limits, which may change at any time.
• In sports betting, specific rules will apply in the event of a cancelled event or an uncertain result, as stated on the relevant page.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage from a technical error will result in the related winnings being voided.

7. Prohibited Activities Go to Top

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using bd8bd services:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Hacking the platform's software, or using bots or automated tools.
• Any attempt to manipulate gaming outcomes.
• Misusing the bonus system or obtaining bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Falsifying personal information or operating an account under a false identity.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving aggressively toward other users.
• Copying or distributing bd8bd intellectual property without authorisation.

8. Account Suspended and Closed Go to Top

bd8bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or failure to provide required documents.
• A long period of account inactivity (no activity for 12 consecutive months).
• At the user's own request.
• At the request of a self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• In accordance with legal obligations or regulatory instructions.

Before an account is closed, an attempt will be made to return the user's valid balance (if any and where conditions are met). However, this may not apply to accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms.
